The designated postal operator of Canada has informed Japan post  that receipt of airmail items bound for Canada has been temporarily suspended due to an operator strike.
As dispatches to Canada have been suspended for the time being, it would be appreciated if you could refrain from sending Japan Post airmail to Canada.

It is expected that there will be considerable delays in the delivery of airmail items bound for Canada.
*Some mail items might be returned to the sender.
