This is my fifth time using Hoyoyo! I usually buy jpop merch in Mercari and the Hoyoyo staff are really helpful. Their Facebook customer service replies promptly to inquiries, sometimes even beyond their office hours. Their pruchasing teams also send emails for changes in the price or if the item is not available anymore. Their packaging staff at the warehouse are really careful in packaging, I really appreciate the effort!!! In this particular package, one memorable thing is a trading card that I really like. It was quite expensive but seller was ok with negotiating the price.. I wrote on my note that I'd like to ask seller to lower the price by 100 yen. But guess what? The purchasing team was able to ask seller to lower the price by 222 yen! They helped me save money!!! Thank you!!!! I'll definitely order through Hoyoyo again! I hope there would be more promos in the future!!!
