This is my first time with using the services of HOYOYO and I must say that I have had a pleasant experience with them. While I wouldn't recommend that your first is over 50,000 yen like mine was as it caused a lot difficulties as it was my first purchase with them however with the staff in customer service we managed to find a way. 10/10 customer service!! I had ordered an item from mercari jp which they purchased for me after I had given the money to do so, then when the item arrived to their warehouse I had to contact them as the item was oversized and they split the item into to two parcels (with added in protective measurse, that I paid a small fee for) and chose the most reasonable shipping option. By freight transport (ship) Nearly three months later I finally got my parcels and as you can see I got both parcels inside a big parcel one was stuffed with paper and other not pictured was padded with air pillows. All my items arrived PERFECT condition and I am very happy to receive them.
