thank you hoyoyo!! i'm happy to have more stuff i was looking for in my collection ♡ everything arrived safe and sound, except for umi and rin figures, which lost their head and arm, and leg respecitvely, but they were okay in the warehouse and before purchasing - BUT!! hoyoyo did great in packaging and protecting everything, it's just that these two girls had an accident while being on the boat on their way home, because surface mail is risky and many people tend to have their stuff damaged with all the movement and boxes bumping with each other, it was my own mistake for selecting that shipping option because i wasn't aware of this and as it was the cheapest option i went with it (japan shipping rates were so high at the time so i tried saving as much as possible), agents did nothing wrong, i repeat!! ((o(;△;)o)) despite that, i'm glad that only those two figures were damaged but everything else in both of my parcels didn't have any issue, and i could repair them so we can say it's a happy ending!! ♡ as i mentioned in another order, shopping service was fast and the fees were nice and I'm very happy with my purchase!! had to wait for a long time for choosing surface mail but, again, that was my own fault; and still, it was worth the wait!! thank you so much, hoyoyo!!
