About Shipping Methods from Japan!

1. EMS(Express Mail Services)

**Japan Post Airmail

**Top priority among international mails is placed on this service! Posts will be delivered for approximately 4-6 days to addressee all over the world.

-Post via EMS is always suitable for normal sized items. (Example: Shoes, Bags, Watches, & accessories.)

**Consolidation shipping fee: Up to a maximum of 10 packages can be combined. For each package beyond the 10th, an additional fee of 100 yen per package will be charged.

Transport restrictions for the above 3 methods.

* Maximum length 1.5 m or less

* (Length+Width+Height) cannot be over 3 metre
* Total weight can not over 30kg each time

Note: If the goods lost in transit, HOYOYO maximum amount of compensation for the freight three times or the total price, whichever is lower. Claims limit of 50 US dollars.

2.Japan Post SAL

**Japan Post Economy Airmail

**It transports items by air at lower priority than air mail. The service is faster than surface mail while the cost is lower than airmail.

**SAL is only available for a limited number of countries and territories.

**It takes approximately 8 to 13 days for mail to arrive at the destination.

**In some cases, it may take longer due to the handling system of the destination country.

-Post via SAL is also suitable for normal sized items. (Example: Shoes, Bags, Watches, & accessories.) The difference from EMS is the cost of posting is lower than EMS, and of course the time of delivery will take longer.

3.Japan Post sea shipping

**Japan Post Sea Shipping.

**While delivery takes 1 to 3 months, the rates are reasonable.

-Japan Post sea shipping takes much longer and provides for bigger sizes and heavy parcels like car parts… For parcels with bigger sizes and heavy weight, the cost of this shipping method is recommended.

Transport restrictions for the above 3 methods.

* Maximum length 1.5 m or less

* (Length+Width+Height) cannot be over 3 metre
* Total weight can not over 30kg each time

Note: If the goods lost in transit, HOYOYO maximum amount of compensation for the freight three times or the total price, whichever is lower. Claims limit of 50 US dollars.

4.Registered Small Packets(AIR)

**Japan Post Registered Airmail

**Small Packets are NOT RECOMMENDED for high value products.

**HOYOYO cannot accept any claims for missing or damaged products.

**This method is only available for a limited number of countries and territories.

**It will take about 2 weeks.

**The parcel cannot be over 2kg.

-Post via Registered Small Packets(AIR), this method only accepts parcels less than 2kg. Suitable for items like posters, photos, games cards, & small sizes parcels.

5.FedEx Shipping

**Shipping by Airmail

**The price is relatively higher.

**Only available for certain countries

**Consolidation shipping fee: Up to a maximum of 5 packages can be combined. For each package beyond the 5th, an additional fee of 100 yen per package will be charged.

**Products containing lithium batteries are prohibited from shipping.FEDEX needs to take the initiative to custom declare.

**Total weight for each combined parcel must not exceed 10kg.

FEDEX Transport Restrictions:
* Total weight can not over 10kg each time
* Maximum length 1m or less
* The longest side + the plane perpendicular to the longest side is more than 2 meters in circumference. This shipping method cannot be used.
*According to the airline's charging regulations, the basis of the charge will be compared with the [Volume weight] and [Actual weight] of the package, and the larger one will be counted as the weight.
*It takes approximately 3 to 5 working days for mail to arrive at the destination.
*FEDEX needs to take the initiative to custom declare. Customers shall bear the taxes themselves if they occur!
*FEDEX freight charges = Hoyoyo Freight x fuel surcharges percentage.

*Recipient's name(follow the Country Identity document) and address must be true.
*sending products containing lithium metal batteries and lithium ion batteries are prohibited.
*Please note: Additional 2190 yen will be charged if delivered on Saturdays and Sundays during public Holidays.
*FEDEX returned parcels may generate a charge of more than 2000Yen and it will bear its customer（Members pay）. Please do not simply refuse or return the parcel.
*FEDEX may charge additional fees if the location is a remote region and delivery time will be delayed.
*The charge is based on the weight measured by Hoyoyo Japan Warehouse. The outer packaging may retain or remove according to the actual situation and pack into suitable size for express delivery.
*If the customer does not choose any specific packaging(default mode), our staff will pack all the items in 1 or more boxes according to the actual condition and size. However, no compensation can be made afterwards, Hoyoyo reserves all the rights.
