1. HOYOYO does not make any profit on the price of the goods that HOYOYO has ordered. 4. If the member has any amount of money or commodity is not removed within the time limit:

(A) The fee payable by the member for using the service shall be paid within HOYOYO's notice payment deadline. In case of overdue payment, HOYOYO may suspend or terminate the services. However, HOYOYO will cease to provide service to the member who has objected to the costs and submitted a complaint. If another member suspends the service due to arrears, he may apply to resume the service after paying the fee. HOYOYO shall also have the right to suspend any delay in the payment of fees after the Member has reinstated the Service.

(B) HOYOYO will charge 50 Yen per shipment if the goods arrive at the Overseas Receiving Office for the first 30 days without warehousing and if the goods have not been sent on the 31st day after arrival. The goods will not be sent within 90 days after the arrival, HOYOYO has the right to sell or handle the goods. The company will no longer be notified, no longer custodial responsibility, and the right to deal with the goods, members may not request the relevant damage Compensation matters.


5. In order to protect the rights and obligations of consumers, the above instructions are the obligations of HOYOYO, if not clear or doubt, please call HOYOYO by hand for the members to provide instructions. MEMBERS MUST READ:


1. HOYOYO is only a middle man of 3rd party via members with foreign retailers and wholesalers/couriers. HOYOYO does not produce any product or take part in manufactures, or reselling imported products to members.


2. HOYOYO Online Customer Service's role as assisting customers familiar with the process of the site. All individuals are responsible for tracking the status of the order and take the final logistics method decision-making after the order is placed. HOYOYO customer service is only assisting and proposing the role, and will not interfere. If the individual final transportation method is different from the customer service quotation, the cost may be adjusted.


3. After purchasing / ordering can not be cancelled.


4. The additional price negotiation of goods services HOYOYO does not have any additional service fees. If members requested a price negotiation, but HOYOYO failed to negotiate and succeeded with direct purchase with the original price. The direct purchase of the product can not be claimed from the Company.


5. If the goods are provided by different sellers/shopping sites, or from the same seller/shopping site will be calculated with every single transaction, all charges shall be calculated separately.


6. HOYOYO and International shipping companies will not accept, purchase or deliver any prohibited products.


7. HOYOYO is only responsible for purchasing services / ordering goods and services, the customer needs to bear the risk. Shopping before you evaluate the seller rating, novice or poor evaluation, as far as possible not to purchase related goods. If the seller does not send the goods after the payment, the company will give him a very poor evaluation on the Japanese selling website to make a complaint. However, the fees paid by you will not be refunded. If the goods do not match on site shopping goods, sent the wrong item or damaged, lost, can not be claimed from the Company.


8. If the parcels、goods have any damage、lost in any processing stage or transit, can not be claimed from the Company.


9. HOYOYO will not be responsible for the provision or maintenance of the goods or after-sales service.


10. Please pay attention to the weight billing and transportation method proposed by HOYOYO customer service quotation. For example, the weight ratio of the Japanese warehouse after receiving the goods is expected to be heavy or the final customer's choice of transportation method is different from the customer service quotation, and the cost will be adjusted.


11. The packaging method used by the seller for delivery or the actual weight of the package is not clearly stated on the website. HOYOYO customer service can only make a quotation according to the estimated method. The final fee will be based on the actual weight and packaging method when the goods arrive.


12. If the purchase fails, you may deposit / purchase other goods, or arrange for a refund. Refund arrangements take between one and three business days.


13. The Company reserves the right to make the final decision whether to accept your purchase / order goods requirements.


14. We are unable to adjust or edit any invoice value, product details. As our system automatically syncs data with the Shipping Company. You can try to separate your parcel control invoice value, and adapt to the country tax exemption amount. If they generate any custom tax from the Country, they can not be claimed from the Company.


15. Japan's export Customs clearance entrustment fee  (3800 Yen)
A Consolidated parcel or a Single product with a value of more than 200,000 yen, will accrue an additional Japan Customs declaration fee of 3,800 yen if required.


16. If the goods purchased by the member are counterfeit goods, the goods will be held by customs when the goods are shipped from Japan, and the goods cannot be retrieved. Members must bear this risk.

17. When the item received by the members is counterfeit, after successes purchased, we will not accept any reason to return & refund.


18. Orders over 50,000 yen must be transferred to the HOYOYO Hong Kong bank account, then the order only can proceed..


19. Transport Restrictions:

* Total weight can not over 30kg each time

* Maximum length 1.5m or less

* If (Length + Width + Height) > 3 metre, you can not use this shipping service.


20. Parcel item missing process:

Note: If the goods lost in transit, HOYOYO maximum amount of compensation for the freight three times or the total price, whichever is lower. Claims limit of 50 US dollars.

*If you find out that there is an item missing in the package when you receive the parcel, please take a picture and put it on the scale (weight machine) to take photos of the weight of the parcel. Please contact our online customer service within 3 days from the date of receipt and provide Photos, no delay.
